I did a 20 minute run today. It felt really weird, my legs felt like really tight and they didn't want to bend. And breathing was really hard, but I'm looking forward to a wonderful XC season!
Sand Hill! That was one of the hardest runs of my life but it's always fun to run with the team and get stronger. I definitely think I could have pushed a little more throughout the whole run but it was still pretty great and now I know for next time.
