AM: 20 minutes and then yoga. Today was way fun and yoga felt SO good! Today I actually tried to do the stuff in yoga instead of just kinda going with the flow, and it was awesome.
PM: Region! I ran with Ellie and Allison, and it was very fun. We just talked about how awkward our lives are and had some good laughs. Also I think I need to work on picking my feet up cause now instead of just falling on trail runs I just fall in the middle of the field for no apparent reason, but honestly I think it's fine.
