AM: Today was one of my best long runs in a long time, it was shorter but I didn't fall off of the pack at all and I felt really good. At the beginning my legs felt kinda tired and sore but then we went up Foremaster and it felt really easy to get up it and then my legs didn't feel dead at all the whole rest of the run. It was literally the best and so fun!
PM: Just an easy 20 minute recovery run and we ran with our hair down which felt fantastic! The meeting today was also great and informational.
