AM: Weights and 15 minutes. Pretty good, but not too interesting.
PM: Went on a warm up with some girls then raced the 1600. I PRed by 9 seconds, and I finally listened to my dad and kicked at the end and got second. I think I prolly had a little bit too much energy at the end that I definitaly could have used throughout the race but I still got a PR so it's okay. Then I raced the 800, Im not sure what my time was but I definitaly don't think it was my best, and coach Holt said some wise words that I am hoping to make myself listen to in future races. Overall it was super fun and I had some decent races.
