AM: Weights and 15 minutes. It felt awesome cause a few of us just sped it up a little bit and sometimes that is just super relaxing and nice.
PM: We had a workout today! I felt really good today, there were a few times that I had to make myself push a little harder to stay with the group but it was awesome. I did have one pretty bad 100 because I was laughing cause it was a false start... but other than that it was awesome. And Roberts helped me with my form and I hope and can get better at the stuff he told me to do and it can become natural, then I can fix something else after. It was FREEZING and windy/rainy but that was also awesome and fun even though it kinda hurt.
